Tommy Shenoi is a researcher, designer, and mushroom enthusiast. With a passion for exploring climate action, food justice, and creativity, Tommy has conducted and presented research internationally and worked with mycologists, farmers, designers, and chefs in Asia, Australia, and Europe.
